So, the minister of education was coming. She would visit out  project group, so we all got the e-mail: ‘make sure you desk looks neat and make sure you’re  wearing shoes’.

Which planted the following cartoon in my head (and because I had to wait for my dentist appointment, didn’t just stay there):

translation: ‘what? I’m wearing shoes!’

(to be fair: they printed this cartoon and hung it in our coffee room, but after the minister left of course).
